2   Conrad Yates (ACIOB) Director, has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry. A formally trained bricklayer (City & Guilds), he progressed to successfully manage building companies both in the UK and abroad. Moving into Project Management in 2003, Conrad has obtained a vast range of skills, qualifications and experience which have been recognised by several different awards. These include NHBC quality awards (Regional 2004), Considerate Contractor awards and internal company Health and Safety awards (Best Large Site 2009). He also holds CIOB accreditation and the international IOSH Safety qualification.
